Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating user-centered interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and efficient. Your primary responsibility will be to design fluid, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces across various products, incorporating dynamic animations, transitions, assets and color palettes to enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Create visually stunning interface designs for our software products, incorporating fluid animations, transitions, assets and effective color palettes.
- Focus on crafting incredible user experiences that meet the high standards of Softaware and our clients.
- Utilize Figma as the primary tool for creating designs and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand technical possibilities and constraints, ensuring designs are feasible and can be seamlessly implemented.
- Participate in regular design reviews and be open to receiving feedback to continuously improve the product and your design skills.
- Stay abreast of UI/UX trends and best practices to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions for user-centered design challenges.
- Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and collaboration features.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to create and manipulate assets.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to developers and other team members.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit, with a knack for balancing user needs with business goals.
- Proficiency in English language
