Who publishes this

softaware.io is published by Softaware Ltd (Софтауеър ООД), a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 206609469, with its seat in Sofia. Email: hi@softaware.io.

These terms cover the site and everything served from it: the pages, the notes, their Markdown and RSS versions, and llms.txt. Reading the site means you accept them.

What they do not cover

Our products have their own terms. Take a NAP and Rame.ai are separate services with separate agreements, at takeanap.bg and rame.ai.

Client work is governed by the contract we sign. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to build anything. A project starts when both sides sign something, and that document wins over this page in every respect.

The notes are experience, not advice

The notes describe what we did, what broke, and what we would do again. They are not legal, tax, accounting, security or engineering advice for your situation, and reading one does not make us your advisers. Rules change and software moves; we do not promise that a note published two years ago still holds today. Decide with your own professionals before you act on anything here.

Using what is here

The text, images, design, code, name and marks on this site belong to Softaware Ltd, except where something plainly belongs to someone else.

You may read it, print it, link to it, and quote from the notes with attribution and a link back. You may fetch, index and process the site with automated tools, including AI systems — llms.txt and the .md twin of every page exist precisely so that machines can read it properly.

You may not republish whole notes as your own work, sell them, or present our writing as coming from somewhere else, and you may not use the Softaware name or logo to suggest a partnership or endorsement we have not agreed to. Ask us; we are reasonable about it.

Client names and logos in the work section belong to those clients. They say that we built something for them, and nothing more.

Do not break it

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to reach the systems behind it, do not flood it with traffic, do not impersonate us, and do not use it to distribute anything harmful. Automated reading is welcome; automated abuse is not. We may block access to anyone who does any of this, without notice.

What we promise about the site

We keep the site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, and it is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be up, that every figure on it is current to the day, or that a link to somebody else’s site still leads where it did. Where we link out, we are not responsible for what is at the other end.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reading this site, relying on it, or being unable to reach it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and if you are reading as a consumer, none of this touches the rights your own law gives you.

Privacy

What this site does with your data, which is close to nothing, is on the privacy page. What it keeps in your browser is on the cookies page.

Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory rules, and you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We may change these terms as the site changes. The date at the top says when we last did, and the version you accept is the one published when you read it.
